Previous studies are mainly focused on how to improve the accuracy of lesions above grade 3 in BI-RADS classification using ultrasound technology.[6–10] When necessary, hormone-dependent tumor markers such as estrogen receptor (ER), progesterone receptor (PR) and human epidermal growth factor receptor (HER)-2 are also considered.[11] In addition, histological structure and morphological characteristics also determine the ultrasonographic manifestations of tumors, which are closely related to the occurrence, development, metastasis and recurrence of breast cancer.[12]. This evidence concerns the gene ESR1 and breast carcinoma.
