For BI-RADS grade 4, the expression of ER, PR and HER-2 were not consistent, possibly because, with the increase of BI-RADS grades, HER-2 amplification and expression can inhibit cell apoptosis, regulate cell differentiation, promote cell proliferation[23] and neovascularization, leading to breast cancer.
