A similar pattern was observed for the other genes, whereby the majority tagged common risk factors for CAD, T2D and depression, such as adiposity related traits (BMI, body fat percentage, waist/hip circumference), inflammatory markers (CRP, interleukin-6, interleukin-5), lipids (low- and high-density lipoprotein levels), platelet traits (platelet count, plateletcrit), and N-glycan levels [42,70,79,87,93–100].
