For patients with ERBB2-positive cancer in the CSCO BC database, the trastuzumab-based therapy in neoadjuvant or adjuvant settings increased significantly over time from 11 of 128 (8.6%) in 2011 to 56 of 63 (88.9%) in 2021, with an MAPC of 22.1% (95% CI, 17.4%-26.9%; P < .001) (Figure 3 and eFigure 9 in Supplement 1). This evidence concerns the gene ERBB2 and breast cancer.
