Somatic mutations and their influence on long-term outcome were evaluated in a series of 57 H. pylori-negative gastric MALT lymphoma patients, with targeted sequencing data available in 35/57 patients (lymphoma-specific 93-gene panel).87 As expected, alterations in NF-κB signaling were the most frequent finding. Here, NFKB1 is linked to MALT lymphoma.
