HCP5 and acute myeloid leukemia: Hu et al. (2021) used GEPIA2 to evaluate HCP5 expression levels and survival associations in different cancers, and the findings showed that HCP5 was upregulated in cholangiocarcinoma, esophageal carcinoma, AML, and pancreatic adenocarcinoma, and both OS and disease-free survival were lower in patients with high HCP5 expression.
