As presented in Table 1, overall, compared to HER2‐zero BC, HER2‐low BC cases seemed to have a younger age at diagnosis (>60 years old, 20.5% vs. 22.0%, p value <0.001), later cancer stage (III‐IV, 20.0% vs. 18.4%, p value = 0.011), poorer differentiation (grade 3, 18.1% vs. 13.5%, p value <0.001), higher expression of Ki‐67 (>14%, 81.9% vs. 67.4%, p value <0.001), and received less endocrine therapy (28.1% vs. 33.7%, p value <0.001), more chemotherapy (88.3% vs. 83.6%, p value <0.001), and more radiotherapy (27.9% vs. 22.6%, p value <0.001). This evidence concerns the gene MKI67 and cancer.
