SLC25A17 and autoimmune thyroid disease: The top 40 differentially expressed genes between the high and low SLC25A17 expression groups was shown in Fig. 4A. As indicated by the results of GSEA, antigen processing and presentation, autoimmune thyroid disease, graft versus host disease, and natural killer cell-mediated cytotoxicity pathways were relatively active in the low-expression group, and the neuroactive ligand receptor interaction signal pathway was more active in the high-expression group (Fig. 4B).
