HSPA5 and neoplasm: Overall, these findings are significant as they identify BiP as a novel target to inhibit TNBC cell growth and highlight ribosome pausing as a potential mechanism that can be utilised as an adjuvant after radio or chemotherapy to kill resistant TNBC cancer cells that survived the primary treatment, or they could use it as a neoadjuvant, to shrink the TNBC tumour before surgery.
