Overexpression of NK1R in epithelial prostate cancer cells was able to induce a shift of lineage plasticity, leading to the reduction of AR and PSA levels, the gain of the expression of CgA, ENO2, AURKA, N-Myc, MYT1, and SRRM4 (Fig. 4A and Fig. S3A).
