In this study, we analyzed the associations between MUC4 rs882605 G>T, rs1104760 A>G, rs2688513 A>G, and rs2246901 A>C polymorphisms and CRC prevalence and prognosis to elucidate the multifunctional aspects of MUC4 genetic polymorphisms. The gene discussed is MUC4; the disease is colorectal carcinoma.
