TP53 and cancer: In addition, we found that the risk score was positively related to step 1 of tumor immune process (Release of cancer cell antigens), and the risk score was also positively correlated to the apoptosis, cholesterol homeostasis, glycolysis, hypoxia, mTORC1 signaling, p53 pathway, peroxisome, TNFA signaling via NFKB, and UV response pathways (Figures 6C, D).
