In particular, M2 macrophages, neutrophils, endothelial cells, and cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs) had elevated infiltration levels in high-risk cases compared with those in low-risk cases, whereas M1 macrophages, CD4+ memory T cells, CD4+ Th1 T cells, CD8+ T cells, CD8+ central memory T cells, class-switched memory B cells, common lymphoid progenitors, hematopoietic stem cells, and plasmacytoid dendritic cells had decreased proportions (all p< 0.01).
