In different sub-classes of NSCLC, including a broad variety of KRAS mutants, MET and NRF2 might potentially interact at multiple levels involving crucial proteins, such as ENO1, which might also undergo modification through CBS-driven H2S. Additionally, the potential regulatory effects of PIM kinases in regulating MET and NRF2 might enable novel therapeutic strategies based on PIM1 inhibitors. Here, KRAS is linked to non-small cell lung carcinoma.
