To further verify the sequential roles of STAT1/IRF7 signaling in the IFNγ-induced IFI35 expression, we examined the changes in the expressions of IFNγ/STAT1/IRF7/IFI35 signaling molecules in IFNγ-stimulated murine colon cancer cells after pretreatment with STAT1 inhibitor fludarabine, si-IRF7 or both. Here, IFI35 is linked to colonic neoplasm.
