These differences were statistically significant for several lymphocyte markers, including CD3+ T cells (Fig. 2B), CD8+ cytotoxic T cells (Fig. 2C), PD-L1–expressing PCK+ tumor cells (PCK+PD-L1+) (Fig. 2D), CD3+ CD4+ Th cells, CD69+ activated T cells, and CD103+ resident memory T cells (Supplementary Fig. S2A; Supplementary Table S4).
