Table 1 shows the top 20 enriched KEGG pathways. Among these, some of the pathways, such as “MAPK signaling”, “PI3K-Akt signaling”, “Ras signaling” have been reported to be associated with glaucoma genes in the literature (Gauthier and Liu, 2017). Supplementary File S1 includes the GO annotations significantly enriched by the glaucoma-reference genes. This evidence concerns the gene AKT1 and glaucoma.
