AD rats treated with A. esculentus seed extract exhibited remarkable improvements in BDNF, glycated end product, and IL-6 with percentages amounting to 26.5, 163.7, and 213.5%, respectively, in comparison to the reference drug, which revealed improvements of 35.2, 219.6, and 229.4% for BDNF, AGEs, and IL-6, respectively (Table 3).
