Further analysis showed seven high-risk SNPs (L57H, F295L, L309F, K329M, R332L, S348C, and G409R) in ANGPTL3 and four high-risk SNPs (P23L, R85W, R138S, and E148D) in ANGPTL8 associated with various types of cancer, including large intestine cancer, breast cancer, liver cancer, skin cancer, and head and neck cancer.
