JUN and central nervous system cancer: There was an increase in ferroptosis-related events in the glioma cells with T4O treatment, including a decrease in GSH (Figure 7A), an increase in MDA production (Figure 7B), an elevated iron level (Figure 7C), and a decrease in GPX activity (Figure 7D) as well as high baseline reactive oxygen species (ROS) levels (Figure 7E); the overexpression of JUN attenuated the above effects.
