The univariate binary logistic regression showed that age (OR, 1.5; 95% CI, 0.8–1.7; p < 0.001), BMI (OR, 0.8; 95% CI, 0.6–0.9; p < 0.001), preoperative levels of Hb (OR, 0.8; 95% CI, 0.6–0.9; p = 0.021) and total protein (OR, 0.7; 95% CI, 0.5–0.8; p = 0.037), and higher mCCI (OR, 1.1; 95% CI, 0.8–1.4; p < 0.001) were associated with sarcopenia.
