Laboratory findings showed nephrotic-range proteinuria (24 g/24 h) with microscopic hematuria (RBCs 4-5 per hpf), low serum albumin (2 g/dL) and hyperlipidemia (total cholesterol 338 mg/dL, triglycerides 156 mg/dL, low high-density lipoprotein 187 mg/dL). Here, ALB is linked to hyperlipidemia.
