CD4 and pachyonychia congenita: The authors multiplied a non-completely clear “score for the percentage by the intensity score” (0: absent staining; 1: weak; 2: moderate; 3: strong); they found a higher expression of PD-L1 (score 4/4 for all 4 cases) and histiocytic markers (CD163, CD68) in primary SRCC specimens than in either adjacent non-tumoral prostatic tissue or in other non-SRCC PC samples showing variable Gleason scores; no differences concerning the staining distribution of PD-1, CD4, and CD8 expression were identified.
