Regression analysis demonstrated that IL-6 (cut-off = 25 pg/mL) and IL-12p70 (cut-off = 30 pg/mL) had the highest odds ratios for lung cancer risk, at 5.09 (95% CI: 2.38–9.24, p < 0.001) and 4.31 (95% CI: 1.85–8.16, p < 0.001), respectively. Here, IL6 is linked to lung carcinoma.
