In a Spanish study involving 70 patients with moderate-to-severe psoriasis, individuals carrying high-affinity genotypes (HH131 + HR131 and VV158 + VF158) showed a greater reduction in BSA at week 6 of anti-TNF-α treatment (beta = 0.372, p = 0.3 and beta = 0.425, p = 0.02, respectively). Here, TNF is linked to psoriasis.
