AKT1 and lung adenocarcinoma: The following signaling pathways were reported to be modulated by OA and/or its derivatives in an ROS-dependent manner: activation of p38/MAPK pathway in lung, pancreatic, and osteosarcoma cells [35]; inhibition of PI3K/AKT pathway in gastric, prostate, and lung adenocarcinoma cancer cells [34,36,43]; and inhibition of NFkB pathway in lung adenocarcinoma and hepatoma cells [41,43].
