The univariate and multivariate analyses showed that high PD-L1 expression and bone metastasis were independent prognostic factors of PFS (HR = 2.79, 95% CI: 1.35–5.79, p = 0.006; HR = 2.12, 95% CI: 1.12–4.03, p = 0.021, respectively) (Table 3), and high PD-L1 expression and a worse ECOG PS were independent prognostic factors of OS (HR = 3.35, 95% CI: 1.23–9.11, p = 0.018; HR = 6.42, 95% CI: 1.45–28.44, p = 0.014, respectively) (Table 4).
