Our results showed that the risk score was significantly and negatively associated with the infiltration of T cells (Figure 8A), CD8+ T cells (Figure 8B), NK cells (Figure 8D), B cells (Figure 8E), and myeloid dendritic cells (Figure 8H) in the tumor microenvironment, while no significant differences were found for the level of cytotoxic lymphocytes (Figure 8C), monocytes (Figure 8F), and neutrophils (Figure 8I).
