Analysis of MTA2 mutations in pan-cancer in the cBioPortal database revealed that MTA2 was amplified in cholangiocarcinoma, adrenocortical carcinoma, ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma, liver hepatocellular, mesothelioma, pheochromocytoma, paraganglioma, and lung squamous cell carcinoma (Figure 3A). This evidence concerns the gene MTA2 and squamous cell lung carcinoma.
