We discovered that MTA2 expression levels were significantly correlated with T follicular helper cells, activated memory CD4 T cells, memory B cells, resting dendritic cells, M0 macrophages, plasma cells, neutrophils, activated NK cells, gamma delta T cells, and M2 macrophages, suggesting a close link between MTA2 expression and tumor immunity. The gene discussed is MTA2; the disease is neoplasm.
