Treatment with let-7g decreases proliferation and migration of glioma cells by binding to pan-RAS mRNA 3′ UTR, N-RAS mRNA 3′ UTR, and K-RAS mRNA 3′ UTR to decrease pan-RAS, N-RAS, and K-RAS expression, while treatment with let-7a achieves similar results by targeting K-RAS [55,69].
