However, the magnitude of the responses of CD8+ T cell infiltrating the prostate tissue obtained from patients incidentally diagnosed with PCa from BHP samples (BPH+PCa) tended to be greater than those measured in PILs expanded from samples affected only by BPH (Figure 4D), albeit we cannot confirm that those PILs were expanded from tissue fragments that actually contained PCa.
