ESR1 and cancer: In the overall population, cancer history (OR 4.54, 95% CI 1.02–25.00, p = 0.007, Figure S2), high Charlson Comorbidity Index score (CCI, OR 1.45, 95% CI 1.02–2.08, p = 0.009), high histologic grade (OR 3.05, 95% CI 1.40–5.11, p = 0.004), lymph node involvement (OR 2.64, 95% CI 1.46–5.52, p < 0.001), and ER‐negative (OR 3.45, 95% CI 1.82–8.33, p < 0.001) were identified as significant predictors for high sTILs infiltration.
