DNA methylation array profiled the tumour as "methylation class diffuse astrocytoma, MYB or MYBL1-altered subtype B (infratentorial)" and an in-frame MYB::QKI fusion was identified by RNA sequencing, confirming the diagnosis of angiocentric glioma. The gene discussed is MYB; the disease is central nervous system cancer.
