The ROC curve confirmed that our prognostic model has high accuracy in predicting survival, which means that M2 macrophages in TAMs play a key role by affecting model genes, including SLC40A1, VSIG4, FUCA1, LIPA, BCAT1, CRYBB1, F13A, TMEM144 and COLEC12, in tumor cells of patients with renal cell carcinoma. This evidence concerns the gene TMEM144 and hereditary clear cell renal cell carcinoma.
