In the MZ-CRC-1 cell line, after 24 hours, anti-miR-21 raised the PDCD4 signal by 2.69-fold (p<0.05), compared to the Negative Control#1, and treatment with cabozantinib or vandetanib alone resulted in increases by 1.15-fold and 2.17-fold (p<0.05) respectively (Figure 5). This evidence concerns the gene PDCD4 and colorectal carcinoma.
