Figure 5A shows the analysis of virus or tumor specificity overlaid with CD39 and CD69 expression. Frequency of tumor-specific CD8 T cells were highly variable and non-significantly changed between conditions suggesting that anti-CTLA-4 and anti-PD-1 did not exert strong positive or negative effects on expansion of antigen-specific CD8 T cells shown in Figures 5B, C.
