We found that the ratio of CD8 T cells, activated CD4 memory T cells, follicular helper T cells, gamma delta T cells, macrophages M0, activated mast cells, neutrophils, and eosinophils were increased in the renal fibrosis group, whereas the ratio of plasma cells, resting CD4 memory T cells, T cells regulatory (Tregs), activated NK cells, macrophages M2 and resting mast cells was decreased (Figure 5A). The gene discussed is CD8A; the disease is renal fibrosis.
