LRP5 and neoplasm: Other genes with upregulated IPA are CUX1, which inhibits NF-kB transcriptional activity and contributes toward tumor progression and is a target of TGFß (64) and MESD, a chaperone necessary for LRP5 translocation, which is related to the Wnt pathway (65, 66) and TIA1, a RBP expressed in activated macrophages and in CRC (67, 68).
