For paediatric ALK+ ALCL patients that relapse from chemotherapy, crizotinib has been trialled as a salvage therapy (NCT00939770, NCT01606878, NCT01979536, NCT02304809, UMIN000028075, Eudract: 2015‐005437‐53)9, 10, 11, 12, 13 with the aim to induce second remission8 and in some cases leading to allogeneic stem cell transplant (SCT) as established for adult patients with relapsed ALK+ ALCL.14, 15. This evidence concerns the gene ALK and anaplastic large cell lymphoma.
