The KEGG data suggests the most related 11 pathways, including Lysine degradation, the NOTCH signal pathway, Hepatitis B and Human papillomavirus which could be influenced by MTHFR in tumor pathogenesis (Fig. 6D).The GO enrichment analysis further indicates that MTHFR plays an important role in nuclear lumen, nuclear part, regulation of RNA metabolic process, regulation of nucleobase-containing compound metabolic process, nucleoplasm and others (Fig. 6E). This evidence concerns the gene MTHFR and neoplasm.
