VANGL2 and COVID-19: By analyzing the database, Large-scale single-cell analysis reveals critical immune characteristics of COVID-19 patients (http://covid19.cancer-pku.cn/) (61), we also discovered that about 7.36% of 258 patients with coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) hold a higher expression of VANGL2 than healthy volunteers and the VANGL2 expression is highly correlated with the severity of COVID-19 in these patients.
