Immunohistochemistry showed that the tumor cells were positive for CK7, P63 (Fig. 2), P40, CK5/6, and PCK; slightly positive for EMA; and negative for thyroid transcription factor-1 (TTF-1), napsin A, CD10, Vimentin, and smooth muscle actin. The gene discussed is NKX2-1; the disease is neoplasm.
