To gain further cellular mechanistic insight on the differential effect of GPR68 on melanoma growth, we harvested B16-F10 tumor tissues from female and male mice both from WT and Gpr68-/- mice and analyzed the CD45+, CD4+, CD8+ lymphocytes, monocytes, neutrophils, and NK cells infiltrated the tumor and day 11. The gene discussed is GPR68; the disease is melanoma.
