FGF19 and gallbladder carcinoma: FGF19 plays crucial roles in various physiological processes, such as glucose, lipid, and bile acid metabolism.[32] Pathologically, FGF19 mediates the progression of malignant tumors, including CRC, hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), and gallbladder carcinoma (GBC), by activating the FGFR4/β‐Klotho complex and downstream signals.[33, 34, 35, 36] Current studies on FGF19 mainly focus on its effects on tumor cell intrinsic malignancy; however, little is known about its regulation of nonmalignant cells in the TME.
