Overall, MYC showed a trend of increased frequency of positive expression in recurrent/metastatic FN RMS, and YBX1 was expressed in all primary and metastatic FN and FP RMS tumor tissue samples examined (Figure 7B), suggesting that MYC and YBX1 play a role in both primary and recurrent/metastatic RMS tumors.
