For NSCLC patients with a druggable oncogene, such as tumor-detected epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK), Kirsten rat sarcoma virus (KRAS) and c-ros oncogene 1 (ROS1), tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) are primarily recommended as first-line treatment.
