Tumors from women with the initial screening mammography displayed a significantly lower human epidermal growth factor receptor II (HER2)-positive status (p = 0.0006) and tumor grade (p = 0.012) than those with the initial diagnostic mammography, which was not the case for ER and PR (p = 0.2521 and 0.0826, respectively).
