We found that TGFb, Hypoxia, p53, MAPK, EGFR, TNFa, and Trail pathway activity scores were significantly higher in C1 than in C2, C3, and C4 subtypes (Figures 5C, D), indicating that patients with C1 subtype had high cancer cell activity and increased risk of metabolism and metastasis, which promoted cancer progression. Here, TP53 is linked to cancer.
