KAT5 and thyroid gland papillary carcinoma: In a dataset that contains 500 papillary thyroid cancer patients (TCGA, PanCancer Atlas), we found that KAT5 alteration cases (mostly were KAT5 mRNA high expression) had more advanced T stages and poorer survival than KAT5 normally expressed ones (defined as KAT5 mRNA normal expression) (Figures 1(a)-1(c)).
