At present, it is generally believed that age, Karnofsky Performance Scale (KPS) score and postoperative radiotherapy will affect prognosis5,15,16, while the influence of tumor location, tumor resection extent, chemotherapy, ATRX expression, p53 positivity, and Ki-67 index on prognosis is still controversial16–20; on the other hand, patient sex and histone 3 mutation type have no significant effect on prognosis5. This evidence concerns the gene TP53 and neoplasm.
