ACTN2 was significantly downregulated in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), kidney chromophobe (KICH), kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), thyroid carcinoma (THCA), and uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC) (P < 0.001); up-regulated in invasive breast carcinoma (BRCA), cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), and colon adenocarcinoma (COAD). This evidence concerns the gene ACTN2 and squamous cell lung carcinoma.
